Description:

An environment-friendly boilerhouse fueled with waste wood and biomass. The fuel is stored in a horizontal concrete container and transported by the mean of sliding rods and hydraulic conveyers into the combustion area. The equipment includes an economizer, multi-cyclone separator of solid contaminants from the flue gas, air preheater for the primary and secondary fans, electrostatic precipitator and automatic ash removal system for the combustion grid and flue gas devices.

  • 3-D model of the complete equipment of the environment-friendly boilerhouse – a part of the fuel container, fuel transportation system, combustion equipment with fans and ducts, automatic ash removal system for the combustion grid and combustion devices, cleaning system for separation of solid contaminants from the flue gas and recovery of the residual energy of the flue gas downstream the boiler

  • design and detail engineering for the support steel structures of boiler, economizer, multi-cyclone separator, air preheater, flue gas fan and expansion vessel
